Slowly Does It
Slowly Does It
We don't just provide good joints of British beef we also want to hear about what you do with your joint.
Do you roast it for a big slap up meal with the family or do you do something a little different?
Have a quick look at what Colin has to say about getting that perfect tender roast.
For any joint cooked in the oven, it's always a low heat for a long slow cook.
The longer you can cook it for usually means that it will be more tender when it is served.
I check every hour or so and baste it with a very thin stock so that it doesn't dry out too much.
We would like to thank Colin for taking the time to give us this quick recipe!
