Roasted
We don't just provide good joints of British beef we also want to hear about what you do with your joint.
Do you roast it for a big slap up meal with the family or do you do something a little different?
Have a quick look at what Cameron suggests for a scrumptious roast.
Drizzle olive oil and rub into the meat add sea salt and cracked black pepper.
2 white onions, baby carrots, parsnips and rosemary to create a “bed” for the beef then into oven at 210 degrees for 2.5 hours
“depending on size” this will be for a 5 kg joint, probe must read between 32 and 35 degrees for a rare beef.
We would like to thank Cameron for taking the time to give us this quick recipe!
